Before you join

A few useful answers.

Is this suitable for a complete beginner?

Yes. The course covers camera settings, shooting and reframing fundamentals before moving into creative techniques. You can follow the lessons in order or revisit individual topics as you practise.

Which cameras does this edition cover?

The camera-specific lessons cover the Insta360 X5, X4, X3, ONE RS 1-Inch, ONE RS and ONE X2. There are no X6-specific settings lessons in the listed curriculum.

General shooting and reframing principles can be useful beyond those models, but this course should not be purchased as a step-by-step guide to a newer camera.

Are the software tutorials the latest versions?

No. This edition includes tutorials recorded with earlier software interfaces, including Insta360 Studio 5.0. Some menus, features and workflows may differ from the versions you use today.

The course teaches shooting and reframing fundamentals alongside those demonstrations. If you specifically need a walkthrough of the latest interface, this edition is not the best fit for that need.

Do I need DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro?

No. The course includes Insta360 Studio and Insta360 app demonstrations, as well as lessons using DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. You do not need to learn every editor covered.

Does this purchase include a future replacement course?

This page sells the current edition of 360 Video 101. Access to a separately released replacement course is not promised as part of this offer.

How does the refund policy work?

If the course does not deliver on its stated promises, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You must have watched at least 60% of the course to be eligible.

The policy excludes change of mind, financial circumstances and topics not listed in the curriculum. Please read the full refund policy before purchasing.
